SAO Ep. 8 "Black & White Sword Dance" Review

*Warning: This post contains SPOILERS. If you do not want to be spoiled, DO NOT READ THIS POST
....I warned you... O.O*

Welcome to the review for episode 8 of SAO, "Black & White Sword Dance"!!!

Almost two years have passed since Sword Art Online became a death game, and the 74th floor is currently the highest floor. In the beginning of the episode, Kirito is runs across a rare S-class ingredient, the Ragout Rabbit, and successfully kills it. He brings it to Agil to sell because he doesn't know anyone with a high enough cooking level to cook it. Then, Asuna comes in and, having mastered her cooking skill, agrees to cook the meat in exchange for eating half of it.

Aw.....it's so cute =^^= It totally knows that it's screwed though :P

...Also, would anyone care to explain how that cute, fluffy, red-eyed rabbit turned into this lump of meat?

Her bodyguard, Kuradeel, also from the Knights of the Blood Oath, strongly disagrees with Asuna's choice, calling Kirito a suspicious-looking, selfish beater. Asuna then leaves Kuradeel behind, dragging Kirito off to her house on the 61st floor of Selmburg.
After cooking and eating, Kirito and Asuna discuss about how people have been adjusting to the game. They talk about how most people have been getting used to daily life in SAO and how only about 500 players are left that were clearing the floors. Then, Asuna gets Kirito to agree with partying with her the next day.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who threatens people with kitchen utensils to get what I want...
By the way, this is Asuna getting Kirito to agree to party with her.

The next day, Kirito waits for Asuna on the 74th floor, when Asuna suddenly teleports and lands on him. (Kirito accidentally (?) gropes her :P) Kuradeel quickly appears after her, saying that she should return to the KoB headquarters. Kirito stops him from taking Asuna away, and enraged, Kuradeel challenges him to a duel to prove that only he could protect Asuna. Kirito easily defeats him.

Hell yeah!!!! If you look closely, you'll see that Kuradeel's sword broke.

Kuradeel then takes out a second sword, but Asuna stops him and sends him back to headquarters.
Kirito and Asuna then go through the dungeon, mapping the area as they go. They arrive at the boss door, and agree to take a peek before leaving. When they open the door, they see the boss monster, "The Gleam-Eyes".

Self-explanatory picture... -.-

I thought that this was, yet again, another great episode. The beginning was nice and fun, but it slowly got more and more serious.
....GAHHH!!!! I really have no idea what to say!!!! >.<
I guess I'm only good at summaries -.- Instead of reviews, these should be called "SAO Summaries"...oh well.
I can say that Kuradeel becomes kind of important later on...he appears again in Episode 10....as a villain! Well, I already think he is a villain. He looks so old and creepy. That reminds me. How old is he anyway? SAO is a game, but he looks like he's in his 50's or something!!! *sigh*
Well, I can't wait to make my next review/summary of the next few episodes :3 I think that they my favorites! ^^
Bye and join me next time!!!! :D
